I love Bergamot. It is one of my favourite oils and was my very first essential oil.
It is part of the citrus family and has a light, refreshing fragrance with a floral and spicy undertone. – a hybrid between a lemon and bitter orange. Grown mostly in southern Italy, it is used widely in perfumery and is a perfect oil to add a fresh citrus scent to a room.
HOW TO USE
Enjoy bergamot oil in a diffuser, as a room spray, in a hot bath or in a massage oil. Do not use more than 6-8 drops of essential oil for every 20ml of carrier oil or water. I like to blend it with orange, vetiver and cedarwood.

For external use only. Do not ingest. Do not use undiluted. Stop using if you experience an allergic reaction and seek medical advice. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical supervision. Not suitable for young children. Highly inflammable.
