Description
JUNIPER
Juniperus communis – from the berry
100% essential oil – 12ml
Country of origin: South Eastern Europe
Juniper is popular for its berry which is the key flavouring in gin.
The essential oil is popular in perfumery for its refreshing, clear and woody aroma.
It has been used for its antiseptic properties. It also has interesting benefits for the skin, especially as an astringent for oily and problematic skin.
HOW TO USE
I like to use juniper in a diffuser, a room spray or as a massage oil for tired and aching muscles. It is such a refreshing aroma and adds a sparkle to every space.
Use a maximum of 6-8 drops of essential oil for every 20ml of carrier oil or water. I like to blend it with lemon, bergamot, eucalyptus, tea tree or lavender.
