HOW TO USE
I like to use rosemary essential oil in a diffuser, in a muscle-soothing massage oil or a few drops on the floor of the shower in the morning. A perfect wake up!
Use 6-8 drops of essential oil for every 20ml of carrier oil or in the diffuser water. I like to blend it with lavender, roman chamomile, ginger, or lemon.
