The Protector. – A Powerhouse
This is my first blend of essential oils to use in room diffusers. Given the current pandemic, I chose oils that are known to have anti-bacterial anti-viral and antiseptic qualities but I also wanted a pleasant aroma. The Protector is a blend of eucalyptus, tea tree, lavender, lemon, and bergamot essential oils. All perfectly balanced.
Take a Moment – The Mood Boost
I have been reading research on aroma psychology and how aroma can boost our overall health and wellbeing. A firm favourite of mine of course is bergamot. To this, I added cheering grapefruit and rose geranium with a little lavender to balance the aroma and aid relaxation. I think it smells divine!
LULLABY
You are snug and cosy, rain tapping on the window, and you feel yourself drifting off to sleep. I have tried to capture this feeling in a new aroma.
The oils of grounding frankincense, cypress & ginger with sweet orange and lavender. A resin, a root, a fruit & a flower all known for their soothing and sedative qualities.
I blended and infused gentle calming plant oils for you to use with a room diffuser.
Sweet dreams.
HOW TO USE
Just 6-8 drops of the oil into the water in your room diffuser. Turn on for 60 minutes and enjoy. You can also put 4-5 drops into a hand basin of hot water or 2 drops on a tissue.
