I have researched this formula for 10 years to source oils that are historically known to have anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties. Ravintsara, Sweet Marjoram and Niaouli provide strong support and these are holistically balanced by zesty Lemon, sweet Red Orange.
The REST oil is for the moments when you want to calm the mind and take a breather or when it’s time to wind down and prepare for a good nights sleep. Our heads are so full of “stuff” nowadays and it seems more and more difficult to just switch off and take a rest from it all.
