Returns

We hope you will be completely delighted with your order. However if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement as long as you return it to us within 30 working days, unopened, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Items returned by post can take up to 14 working days to process. You need to complete the Returns Form included with your Invoice with the details of the products you are returning and enclose the note with your returned parcel. In order for us to further develop our products and services please give a reason why the products are not suitable and whether you require an exchange or refund. Please always include a telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return. If you no longer have your Returns Form, please include a covering letter with your name, address, Order Number, a convenient telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return. When posting your parcel, we strongly recommend you obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office with your tracking number. We are only responsible for your parcel when it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Make sure your items are securely wrapped and send your return to: FHA Ltd, Greyfriars, Breffni Road, Sandycove, Co Dublin, Ireland IE A96 E710. Once we have processed your return, we will contact you by telephone or email. Please be aware that it can take 3 to 5 working days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fiona@floraplusfiona.com and send your item to: FHA Ltd, Greyfriars, Breffni Road, Sandycove Co Dublin Ireland IE A96 E710

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
